  • NEON RetroFest is a family friendly event during the daytime hours so please keep all costuming to a PG rating.
  • NEON staff and Hotel Alba staff reserve the right to have any person(s) removed from the event should the need arise. Any decision made to this effect will be final.
  • You are expected to abide by local state and city laws of Florida and the city of Tampa at all times.
  • All individuals are welcome at NEON. If you harass another person verbally or physically, it will result in action from NEON staff, venue staff, or even police authority and possibly your removal from the premises and revocation of your badge. Please report such instances to NEON staff members or the registration area immediately.
  • Per the state of Florida's guidelines, by attending NEON 2023, you recognize that there are inherent risks involved in any large-scale in-person gathering and that no amount of mitigating efforts can 100% ensure that you will not get sick. Only you know the full extent of your own health concerns and conditions and how much risk you are personally comfortable with. By attending NEON, you accept responsibility for your own personal health decisions and hold the event, venue, and its organizers free of liability for any potential disease or illness exposure that may occur in connection with your time at the event.
  • The most important rule of all: Be excellent to each other.
