Media Resources

 

NEON Retrofest 2023 media badges will be awarded to individuals who meet the requirements for either a media badge or a staff photographer pass. There is a limited number of these passes available, so please submit your request as early as possible to be considered. Preference will be given to publication entities demonstrating integrity, experience, dedication to quality, and a high-caliber follower base/readership. If you are interested, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

Media Badge Requirements

• The organization that you work for/publication title
• A link or copy of a published article/post in the last 3 months for verification

Staff Photographer Requirements

• A list of previous events or media outlets where you have been a staff photographer in the last 24 months, with a link to your web portfolio or published samples of your work
• A basic equipment list
  
• Your availability schedule for the weekend of the event. You will be given two shifts of three hours each in exchange for your pass for the day. When not on an assigned shift, you are free to enjoy the event.
